Quite honestly, I could care about that because Chef Jesse Hassinger makes the best BLT in the world.  It makes you weep.  After extensive prodding, Jesse has agreed to provide the secrets to his world class BLT.  Of course, Jesse butchers his own bacon, so only the dedicated chef will be able to duplicate at home.
